Sandra, Your trying to find a concrete guy sounds like you’re having the same trouble we did when we wanted a new roof on our guesthouse. After umpteen calls, six gazillion “I’ll send you an estimates” and TWO years, we FINALLY got the new roof put on. I feel your pain.. LOL!! Seriously, your back entrance looks great! Wish I had room for something like that in my house.

Great lock! Looks good, too. If I were you, I would contact Angie’s List to find a decent reputable concrete guy. So far, we have had WONDERFUL success with Angie’s List folks. They are the “real deal”. Before we used them, we tried calling people on our own and got the same runaround BS you have been getting! Some were WORSE when they DID show up. Never again! We highly recommend Angie’s List….and it is FREE now. Good luck!!

In reply to Cat. Bummer. Was the Kwikset customer service dept not able to help you with that? I suppose it's not just keyed locks that can become janky. Glad you can still use it with a key at least. I would hope you could get it fixed/replaced.
