You can certainly drill into tile with a special bit. You would definitely want to hit a stud behind the tile though to support the shelf.

She also has to have a speaker and her iPhone near so she can listen to music all the time, even in the shower. Love the light with the speaker and nightlight features. Those floating shelves look great too, definitely going to think about putting some in.
