Thanks! I don’t even know what stereo 7.1 is or what 6e cable signifies. LOL The receiver has the capability of hooking up directly to other devices. I will probably only use bluetooth because I can control it from wherever I am in the room on my computer. Just convenience.

If you plan ever to have a stereo 7.1, add another set of cables for the extra speaks. Also, bluetooth will never match 6e cable for speed, which someday will be a problem. Just saying, y’know?

So happy to hear that you love your speakers. I love listening to music while I work. I can’t work without it. My receiver has bluetooth as well so I’ll just link up my computer and play away! I’m not even putting a dvd player or dvr up there. My tv can stream from all the networks and I generally watch from Netflix or Amazon so I’m good to go! I can’t wait to get it all hooked up. Just have to finish that wall! LOL

I hate being hot too. I crank my AC down to 65 wherever I’m working. There are a lot of things about this house that drive me crazy. So many dumb things. One of the few things I appreciate is that each level has a separate AC unit. So my studio (the loft) is nice and cool. I was talking about the attic above my studio where the speakers where installed. There’s another 8′ above the center of my loft so I don’t know why the builder made the loft ceilings only 8′ tall. The main level is 9′ and the basement is 10′. (Which I LOVE.)
