When I painted the living room ceiling I bought two tall A-frame ladders and a metal walkboard. When I painted the ceilings in the basement (10′), I just used an extension pole on my airless sprayer.

Are you using scaffolding, ladder or stilts? We have 9 to 14 foot ceilings. I’m thinking of building a 5-foot-long scaffolding walkboard because trapsing up and down the ladder is killing my knees.

Obviously you would need to know what is required in your area. In this house, on the interior walls, the bottom plate is pressure treated. On the walls that are attached to the cinder block, everything is pressure treated.

Probably won’t ever. The house is three floors and 6000 sq/ft. We don’t have blueprints of the house (like it was when we got it) and I have no interest in creating them. I’m tired. LOL
