The fact that your aunt’s house got skunk sprayed – twice, is awful! I’m glad they got the stink out soon. I have used an ozone purifier before and it did work. Thanks for reminding me!

We would like to create an ideal workspace someday, hopefully not too far off into the future!

A suggestion for dealing with the stench — look into an ozone-generating air purifier — it will alleviate the stench and is supposed to handle mold. (The only brand name I know is Flair and they got bought out years ago so the name is gone. You can google Flair air purifier for a brief synopsis.) I do know this — they WORK. My aunt had a skunk get into the crawl space underneath her house and it SPRAYED…OMG…. It was eye-watering horrific….The purifier unit got the skunk odor out of the house in just a few days. This happened not once, but on TWO separate occasions! So yeah, it works really well.

Since the stench is so bad that you are gagging, it may be worth looking into. Keep safe while dealing with the water/mildew/mold icky stinky grossness!
