Smores without mosquitoes and flaming marshmallows! My goodness, this is just so wrong – but so easy too… hmmm. Maybe just once…

They are messy and the chocolate never melts right when you make them over a fire. I always prefer them made in my oven. Also, something I discovered last year on a particularly desperate-for-a-treat day: they can be made on Ritz crackers, and are still delicious. If I can stand to wait a few more minutes, I skewer a few marshmallows on a Kabob skewer and roast them over a stovetop eye. But usually, if I’m making s’mores, it’s because I need something RIGHT NOW. Oh, and another thing, if you throw a Reese’s PB cup in the middle, you won’t be sorry. Trust me.
