I too had a guy who just started making plans on the spot to rip open x wall and move ducting – Trane guy said that was a bonkers recommendation to beef up the quote).
Furnace is dual zoned for both tenants and can be tracked remotely on the phone app., but the technicians. They did mistakenly crimp the water pump hose when installing but came out and replaced it at no charge. The furnace is fab and I look forward to using Trane on my next rental!
